The climb to Risoul (1820m)

The climb begins quietly with rather soft slopes (5%). We cross some villages, among other the village of Risoul, before attacking a set of big hairpins with harder and more regular slopes (7-8%). The road surface is perfect up to the top, the ski resort of Risoul. In summer, it is a desert and we cannot go ahead except with a mountain bike. The descent is wonderful: perfect road-surface and long straight lines between two hairpins.
